We should have done this from the start, but we didn’t because we thought it would be more user friendly with shorter lists, but we’ve added the values to real estate to select from 1-9 bedrooms, and then 9+, along with bathrooms. Because of this, we had to make a one time adjustment and set all bedrooms at 6+ to 7 (since we don’t know how many bedrooms there really are) and set all bathrooms at 4+ to 5.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully it will be worth if for those that wanted to display a little more accuracy.
