As I’m sitting here at 2:25am (which isn’t too uncommon for me at all) working on a few things, I just responded to a support email that I got at 1:58am. And I thought to myself, I’m glad I was able to do that. A free service (postlets, in case you weren’t sure
), and we’re able to provide support for our users like that: a reply within 20 minutes… at 2 in the morning. And if you’ve ever written to us on Saturday or Sunday as well, you know we respond over the weekend too. And you’ll get personal responses, not some crappy form letter, each one personally typed by one of us. People shouldn’t have to wait hours or days for a response only to get back some lame form letter, nope.
Anyway, this isn’t a plea for appreciation or sympathy or whatever, just wanted to let everybody know we’re here to try our best to help everybody out. (FYI, we do find time to sleep though.)
