Hello, as many people are aware, we started seeing some issues since yesterday, although they did not affect the entire site. Today the issues grew to affect the entire site, including new signups and logins. We’re working feverishly to get the site back. We’ll give updates as we find out more. We’re very sorry about this.

11:35am PT update: We’ve been able to restore functionality to the search pages (although rental and real estate photos are still getting worked on), and we’re still working on login issues.

1:00pm PT update: From our testing, user logins work again. However, we’re not yet opening up the entire site to users as we’re still having issues with creating new postlets.

4:05pm PT update: We tracked down all the issues to data corruption in part of the system. We’ve rebuilt the data that was affected, although we did lose a little bit of it at the end (about 50 of the latest photos uploaded, and about 30 of the latest postlets created). If you are one of the users affected by this, we really do apologize. We’ll be turning access back on shortly. Thanks.

4:20pm PT update: Logging in and new signups are back. We ran our tests and things seem back to normal. However, if you notice anything odd, please let us know. Again, we’re really sorry for these issues today, and we thank everybody for their patience.
